Over many years of teaching, practice, and constant study with many different teachers my style has evolved, and will continue to tranform. I enjoy teaching Power Yoga, Evolved Ashtanga, Gentle Hatha, Pranayama, Mantra and Meditation. My Teacher Michele Theoret of Empowered Yoga has been a great influence on my path. I have been blessed to study with phenomenal teachers including; Rockne White, Ida Manly, Norman Sim, Steve Pyka and Rene Henley, Christine Sell, and many more.  I believe that many different perspectives and opinions offer us the opportunity to discover our own truth and path, with that in mind I will always seek out new methods, teachers and modalities.
